Rental Rates


LONG-STAY DISCOUNT - 10% off 2nd (& subsequent) week(s)  

All prices are in £ Sterling and are based on a weekly or nightly rent for the property and not per person.  (There is no charge for dogs - max. 2).
All bed linen and towels are included in the price, but please bring your own beach towels.

Short break holidays can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights out of the high & peak seasons. Please contact us for more details.

Please note that in order to secure your booking, we ask that you complete our Booking Form (either on-line or available on request) and pay a 30% non-refundable deposit for the total cost of the holiday.

A £100/130€ security deposit is also required, which can be paid on arrival. This will be returned within two weeks of the end of your stay once we have checked the gîte.
The final balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. (We will send an email to remind you of this date)
If you are booking the gîte less than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday, then the full rental cost is payable at the time of reservation.

Booking Terms & Conditions for Gîte du Moulin. 


  1. Please check the availability tables for Gîte du Moulin. If your dates are available, please contact us either by telephone (0033 251 308 213 / 0033 645 245 003), or via email (
  2. We update our availability charts as soon as a booking is confirmed.
  3. In order to secure your booking, we ask that you complete our Booking Form and pay a 30% non-refundable deposit (bank transfer or cheque).
  4. Rental charges are based on the agreement that no more than the original number of people listed on the booking form may occupy the gîte. 


  1. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
  2. The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.  If booking your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to the start date, then we will require payment in full when booking.
  3. A £100/130€ security deposit (cheque or cash) is required against any damage or breakages; this should be handed in upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded or accounted for within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday.  (Note: the client’s liability is not limited to this amount).
  4. Once we have received the booking form & deposit we will send out confirmation of all details by email.
  5. Payments can be made by cheque or electronic bank transfer, either in Sterling or Euros, to a UK or French bank account; we will provide payment details when we receive your booking information.           

Duration of Rental

  1. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in July & August; other periods have flexible change-over days with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
  2. The rental period will commence at 4pm on the first day and finish at 10am on the last day.


  1. In the event of a cancellation by the guests prior to 8 weeks before the holiday start s, only the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. Thereafter, cancellation charges will be the full rental price.
  2. If we are able to re-let your cancelled holiday, we will refund your deposit and final payment (where appropriate); however we will deduct £50 as an administration fee. 

General Information

  1. For guests travelling from the UK, you should apply for a European Health Insurance card.
  2. In the event of any equipment breakdown, guests are asked to notify us, and repairs will be completed as soon as possible.
  3. We will not be liable for any temporary stoppage to the supply of public services to the property (i.e. electricity, water, etc.) nor in respect of any equipment or appliance failure.
  4. No unauthorised use of personal electrical appliances (fans, heaters, electric blankets etc.)
  5. For guests bringing dogs with them, it is their responsibility to ensure that the garden is left clean. Also, dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
  6. No cleaning fees are charged, but we ask that the gîte is left as it was on your arrival.
